Yes. We strongly recommend booking online at www.boomerangplay.co.uk to guarantee your space and avoid disappointment. Some activities are online booking only.
All bookings should be made online wherever possible. If you’re unable to book online, our team can make a booking for you in-house; however, an administration fee will apply.
Please note: Bounce House sessions must be booked online and cannot be booked in-house.
Yes, you can book multiple activities during the same visit! Please note that Boomerang Soft Play and Bounce House are separate attractions, so tickets are booked separately.
If you’re booking two or more activities, discounted rates may be available — just ask our team and we’ll be happy to help.
Discounts vary depending on the activities, day and time of your visit, with different offers available during term-time, weekends and school holidays.
No. Each session requires a separate ticket. If you wish to stay for another session, you’ll need to purchase an additional ticket.
If you need to leave briefly, please let reception know. Re-entry may otherwise require payment.

Children are charged based on age and the session selected. Adults are charged an entry fee starting from £3.00.
Young people aged 12–15 who aren’t taking part in an activity (Bounce / Lazerstorm) will be charged an admission fee of £2.50 (weekday).
Yes. We have wheelchair-accessible entrances and a disabled toilet.
Most areas are accessible, though some have limited access due to multiple levels. Please contact us to discuss individual needs.
Yes, in both the disabled and ladies’ toilets.
Yes. Please speak to a team member if you’d prefer a private space.
No. Children must remain supervised by their accompanying adult at all times.
